Primary responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, collecting payment, and answering questions about treatments and skin care products. It may include traveling between Temecula and Redlands offices, as needed.

· Function as our Practice Ambassador and ensure that all patient interactions are in accordance to our 5-Star standards.
· Be friendly and welcoming; competent and trustworthy; professional and ethical at all times.
· Be accountable for own actions to grow and take ownership of your area of responsibilities.
· Be a positive engaged team member, enthusiastically assisting when needed in other appropriate
· capacities by supporting your team.
· Always seek to exceed patient expectations and supportive team member.
· While primary duties will be office coordination, you will also operate in a general support capacity for the practice.

Required qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology or Medical spa experience is a plus with productive habits.
· Experience in the customer service, hotel or hospitality industry is a plus.
· Exceptional attitude, work ethic and positive engagement
